Palak/Spinach Pakoda made in Air Fryer! Tasty & Healthier than frying them! Check out complete Recipe below.

Air Fryer Palak Pakoda Recipe
Ingredients:
200 grams spinach leaves - cut into thin strips/chiffonade
1/2 cup Besan/Chick Peas flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp cumin-coriander powder mix
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp green chili-ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Pinch of garam masala
1/2 tbsp cooking/veg. oil
1 tbsp water

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 350* F
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients listed above
Mix well with hand like kneading a dough to create batter
Set aside for 10 minutes
Next grease Air Fryer pan/tray by brushing it with oil
With a table spoon place spinach batter mixture creating mounds
Air fry for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes remove palak/spinach pakoda
Brush pakodas with oil then air fry them for 3 more minutes
Your Palak Pakodas are ready!
Transfer to serving dish and serve hot with dipping sauce

Easy Dipping sauce:
Mix 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp chili paste in bowl. Mix well. Done.
