That was something. So at first, I just could not get any output from my legs. I chalked it up to travel fatigue. After being several seconds behind at the 10K First Checkpoint I relegated myself to a 25K “Trials” as opposed to pushing out to 30K. Then, by the Second, 20K Checkpoint, several seconds behind was only a few. 30K was now in sight, it would just take a LOT more effort to get to as I now only had 20-something minutes to make up and gain on lost time. So I flipped a switch, shifted gears and pushed to my almost peak Zone-2 at Mid-400 Watts or 6+ Watts/Kg to finish in under an hour with 20 Seconds to spare 💪🏾😁
