People have started fleeing parts of the southern most city in Gaza after the Israeli military told 100,000 people to evacuate. More than a million people are currently sheltering in Rafah. The IDF says it will be a “limited scope” operation, and evacuees will be directed to tent cities in Al-Mawasi near Khan Younis. UNWRA, the UN aid agency for Palestinian refugees says it will maintain a presence in Rafah as long as possible. Middle East Correspondent, Allyson Horn, tells The World’s Beverley O’Connor that Rafah has a massive sense of panic and shock.
