This one is in my “day to day” sauces. We’re looking at 60Kcal, 14g Carb and 12g Sugar in each 2Tbsp Serving.

These “day to day” sauces are right in the “sweet spot” 😂 pun intended, of not having too much sugar or calories each serving that they’ll start moving me backwards. I refer to this category as MSI or, “Maximum Sustainable Indulgence.”

Switching up sauces is one way I break up the monotony by keeping the nutrition portion of my meals relatively unchanged from lean meats and veggies but still having a variety of taste options.
