I wasn’t feeling the bike so I went with the next best option and stepped it out at 117 Steps Per Minute for an hour. Easy peasy.

Next, I burned through my 100x Toes to Bar for expediency in order to get to some Lats
-
To round out Part-1, I did Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns. Normally I’ll do these as a second or third movement but because of equipment availability I jumped on these as soon as I saw an opening.

Since these are the first lift, I went a bit heavier than normal. I controlled the eccentric to cultivate that stretch position pulling my lats and the long head of my triceps out at the top. The concentric is forcefull but controlled as well, and I try to feel and squeeze the bottom of my lats at the insertion each rep.
