Post-Conditioning

After the 30K Bike, I moved on to my post-conditioning midsection training. I first began with a posterior chain focus, using the Hammer Strength rig for 100x 45 degree back extensions. In 5 sets of 20.
-
I then went outside to enjoy the sun and 90+ Arizona weather to do my Birddog/Quadruplex for a minute each side before transitioning into my daily 100x Toes to Bar in 10 sets of 10.
