Making White Castle Sliders the Authentic Way..ish

White Castle is and has been the oldest continually operated burger chain in America since they opened in 1921. Very little has changed with regard to the sliders they make. I imagine a person from the 1920's would very much recognize the sliders they still sell today. That is pretty amazing really. I tried to keep this as authentic as possible with the exception of the mustard. White Castle uses Duesseldorf Mustard and that has Horseradish in it. Since horseradish would send me straight to the hospital I went with yellow mustard, sorry. Yes, this is NOT authentic but whatchagonnado?
