Putin Will Time His Final Blow

Russia has continues in a non-stop, though slow advance in the Donetsk oblast capturing several villages per week since the fall of Avdiivka. It does seem that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are no longer capable of even stopping the Russians on defence. This signals that the conflict is all but over for Ukraine. But what does it mean for the West, NATO and the United States. Given the massive investment of time, resources, equipment and most of all reputation on winning the Ukraine war, the upcoming defeat will be disastrous for them. And it seems that the Putin administration understood and maybe even planned this in advance. Since 2022, Dimitry Medvedev warned the West that the Ukraine war will bring about the "4 horsemen of the apocalypse" for the West should they continue to escalate. Now that the rubicon has long been crossed, it appears that Putin is purposefully moving slowly westward in Ukraine in an attempt to time the final and fatal blow to Ukraine with the US election, so that he can kill two birds with one stone- Ukraine and Western hegemony. The West faces a dire lack of capable leadership, which based on history, is common to empires in decline and is evidenced by their inability to take advantage of natural rifts between China and India and even China and Russia. Now, largely due to the high calibre of Statesmen of Putin and XI, these three Eastern European and Asian powerhouse are in alliance and have helped Russia withstand western sanctions, which are now blowing back to the West so harshly, that the upcoming Ukrainian defeat could mirror an apocalyptic event economically, for Western Europe. Given the high stakes for defeat, it is likely that NATO may, in their desperation, do something unthinkable, like sending troops to Ukraine, perhaps, west Ukraine. The Polish army, which is a strong military force, may, with the help of the Baltic states, enter west Ukraine to save it from collapse. Putin will likely not risk going beyond his safe haven in east Ukraine where its citizens are pro-Russian.
