I had to use a random Stepmill since the one with the display I like was taken. In any case, the result is the same. I did an hour at a Level-14/117 Steps Per Minute Pace. This was in order to guarantee 6750 or more total steps or 3+ Miles using the Google metric of 2250 Steps Per Mile.

The approximate wattage is based off 117 Steps Per Minute on both the Stairmaster and Matrix Stepmills which read at 300 or more Watts at that pace. From there I can determine a minimum Watts/Kg metric.

Calories “burned” isn’t a metric I’m concerned with. The desired training effect is derived from the Hour a time Domain in Zone-2 at 300+ Watts. The Calories metric just gives me a number that indicates on THIS model of machine, what amount of effort is required to obtain that training effect.

It’s nice outside as it often is in Arizona (love this place) so I finished with my daily 100 Toes to Bar in the outdoor habitat to get some sun ☀️
