Introduction :

Try these superb crispy Pakora Fries recipe for Iftar. A addition to your iftar menu so try this recipe and let me know how it is waiting for your feed back.

Ingredients:

-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 -3 tbsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1/2 tsp
-Zeera ( Roasted Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Dhara mirch (Red chili Flakes ) 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1/2 tsp
-Baking soda 2 pinch
-Water 1/2 Cup or as required
-Aalo (Potatoes) large 1/2 kg (peeled)
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions For Cooking :

-In a bowl ,add gram flour ,rice flour, coriander seeds, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder ,red chili flakes ,carom seeds and baking soda mix well.
-Gradually add water & whisk until well combined,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-Cut potatoes into French fries shape.
-Add potato fries & coat well.
-In a wok, heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with tomato ketchup.
