Directions for French Toast Dippers Preparation:
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar, Milk, Cream, vanilla essence , cinnamon powder and mix it well. Set aside.
-Take the bread slices and cut their edges. Place 2 bread slices on top of each other.
- Cut them vertically together into 3 sticks.
-Dip these sticks into egg mixture and fry them until golden brown in color.
- Now coat them in caster sugar and set aside.

Ingredients:
-Carrot 1 kg ( Gajar )
-Khoya 1/2 cup
-Sugar 1 ½ cup
-Milk 4 liter
-Rice (soaked & crushed) 1/2 cup
-Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
-Almond (chopped) 3-4 tbsp
-Pistachios (chopped) 3-4 tbsp
-Raisins 3 -4 tbsp ( Kishmish )
Ingredients for chocolate ganache:
-Chocolate (chopped) 1/2 cup
-Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp
-Cream 1/4 cup
Directions:
-Take carrots and grate them with help of a grater. Set aside.
-Then boil milk in a pan add carrots, socked rice and cook on a low flame for 15 -20 minutes. Keep stirring, then cover and cook for 30-40 mints on medium low flame.
-Then add the green cardamom powder and sugar and let it cook for 15 minutes more on low flame.
-Add almonds , raisins , pistachio mix well and again cook it for 15 -20 mins.
-Now when the carrot softens, add in khoya, mix in everything together.
-Cook until thickened.
-Keep stir until completely cool .
-Take it out in dish and let it chill before serving.
For chocolate ganache in a double boiler add chocolate, butter and stir continuously. Then add cream and mix it well until smooth. Your chocolate ganache is ready, let it chill before using.
-Drizzle chocolate ganache on gajarela, garnish with almonds and pistachio.
-Your delicious gajarela is ready to serve.

Directions for Onion Paste Preparation:
- In a pan heat oil and add onion, garlic, ginger and cook until onion gets soft.
-Transfer it to a blender and add green chilies. Blend to make smooth paste
formed. Your onion paste is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Almond Cashew Nut Preparation:
-In a blender add almonds, cashew nuts, water and blend it well into a smooth paste.
-Your Almond Cashew Nut Paste is ready set aside.
Directions for Chicken Marination:
-In a bowl add chicken, Yogurt, lemon juice, salt and mix it
well. Marinate the chicken for 20 -30 mins. Set aside.
Directions for White Korma Preparation:
- In a pot heat oil and butter let it melted
-Add cumin seeds. Sizzle for a few seconds.
-Add green cardamoms, black pepper corns, black cardamom and sizzle for another min.
-Add onion paste and cook for 2-4 mins.
-Add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins.
-Now add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and cook for 2 -4
mins.
-Add almond cashew nut paste and cook for 4 -5 mins.
-Add cream mix well then add water again mix well cover & cook until chicken is fully done use low flame or until oil separates.
-Add chopped fresh coriander , ginger ( julienne ) green chilies mix well
-Add butter if you want ( OPTIONAL )
-Dish it out and garnish with green chilies, ginger and serve. Your White Korma with naan.

-Desi Ghee 1 cups MELTED
-Pani 1/4 cup ( Water )
-Choti Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp ( Green cardamom powder )
-Badam chopped 3 -4 tbsp ( Almonds )
-Pista Chopped 3 tbsp ( Pistachio )
-Kishmish 2 tbsp ( Raisins )
-Akhrot chopped 2 tbsp ( Walnuts )
Direction For Cooking :
-In a bowl add semolina and milk mix well and rest it for 15 -20 mins.
- So the semolina will absorb the milk.
-Take a deep wok add sugar use medium low flame keep stirring until sugar starts melting.
-When sugar starts melting turn the flame low .
-When the color of sugar start turning golden turn off the flame and add melted desi ghee cook it just for amin then turn off the flame.
-Add water be careful while adding water it will burn you.
-Mix well for a min then add soaked semolina and then turn on the the flame use medium flame.
-Cook it for 10 -15 mins then turn the flame low.
-Add 2 tbsp of desi ghee or more if you like.
-Cook until oil separates .
-Add green cardamom powder , pistachio , almonds , raisins , walnuts mix well and again cook it for 4 -5 mins
-Garnish with some chopped nuts or as you want and serve.

(Soaked for 20 mins)
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ Cup
-Ghee 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl add cashew nuts and almonds soak them for 20 -30 mins.
-Take Mixer jar add some water and soaked cashew nuts and almonds and make a smooth paste then set aside.
-Take Spice Jar add black cardamom, green cardamom, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaves and close & set aside.
-In pot, add water and bring it to boil.
-Add spice jar, green chilies cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
-Remove spice jar and green chilies and discard it.
-Add fried onion, salt, rice and bring it to boil.
-Add lemon juice and boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-In pot, add oil, chicken and mix well until changes its color.
-Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick ,black pepper corns, cumin seeds , Black cardamom ,green chilies and mix well.
-Add ginger paste and garlic crushed mix well and cook it for a min.
-Add onion, mix well and cook until onions are translucent.
-Add whisked yogurt mix well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add white pepper powder ,salt, mace powder, nutmeg powder, black pepper powder mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Cover partially and cook for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates.
-Add mint leaves and fresh coriander.
-In cream, add kewra water, cashew paste mix well and cook for a min.
-Add boiled rice, fried onion and ghee.
-Cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 -7 minutes.
-Flip the rice to remove the steam.
-Serve with mint raita and salad.

Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
- In a bowl add Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
(Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.)
Directions for Cream Cheese Mixture Preparation:
- In a bowl add cream cheese, icing sugar and beat it well with beater until creamy in texture. Set aside.

-In a spice mixer ,add cashew nuts along with water and blend to make a paste & set aside.
-In a pot,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add onion & fry until golden brown,take out and spread on paper towel & set aside.
-In a spice Mixer add fired onion and yogurt and make a smooth paste set aside.
-Remove pot from the stove and let it cool completely.
-Add onion yogurt paste ,ginger, garlic, black peppercorns ,mace, green cardamom, cloves ,cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cumin seeds,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cashew paste & mix well.
-Now place the pot on stove & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until oil separates (3-4 minutes).
-Add chickenand cook for 4 -6 mins on medium low flame.
-Add water mix well cover & cook for 15 -20 mins until chicken is tender.
-Add coriander powder, garam masla , peeled almonds , fresh coriander mix well .
-Cover and steam cook for 2 -4 mins low flame .

-Take a frying pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds ,red chili flakes ,chaat masala, black pepper crushed ,garam masala powder fry it for 2 -3 mins on low flame .
-Let it cool then crushed well ( Don't make powder )
-Balochi tikka masala is ready!
Prepare Balochi Tikka:
-In a bowl add chicken boti add water and salt mix well and rest it for 10 -15 mins.
-In a wok ,add cooking oil, chicken, water ,ginger , garlic & mix well until it changes color, cover & cook on medium low flame for 4 -6 minutes until water dries .
-Add green chilies (slit) & mix well.
-Add 2 -3 tbsp of balochi tikka masala, lemon juice, fresh coriander ,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl, add rice ,water, wash thoroughly & soak for 1 hour then strain soaked rice & set aside.
-In hot water, add cloves ,cinnamon sticks ,star anise ,black cardamom ,green cardamom, Bay Leaves , salt, green chilies, cooking oil ,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add soaked rice, mix well & boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside.
-Add yogurt whisk well then add balochi masala into it mix well and set aside.
-In a pot ,add cooking oil, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves & mix well.
-Add onion & fry until light golden then add water mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste, green chili mix well and cook for 2 mins.
-Add spice yogurt & mix well.
-Add lemon juice salt, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander ,mint leaves, mix well & take out half quantity of gravy & reserve for layering.
-In remaining gravy, add balochi tikka pieces, fresh coriander ,mint leaves ,half quantity of boiled rice, reserved gravy, fresh coriander, mint leaves, remaining boiled rice, remaining balochi tikka & reserved balochi tikka masala ,fresh coriander fried onion ,cover & steam cook on low flame for 10 -15minutes.
-Serve with yogurt raita!

-Doodh 1/4 cup ( Milk )
-Melted Milk Chocolate one
Direction For Cooking:
-Take 20 Candy biscuit add them to chopper and grind well then add melted butter and mix them well.
-Take a serving dish add biscuit mixture and spread evenly then keep in fridge for 30 mins.
-Take a frying pan add milk and let it boil then add any caramel pudding mix well and cook for 4 -6 mins.
-Let it cool for 20 mins.
-Take a blender jar add caramel pudding , 1/4 cream , 3 tbsp of powder sugar instant coffee amd 1/4 cup of milk and blend it well.
-Transfer this mixture on biscuit mixture and spread evenly , keep in fridge for one hour.
-In a bowl add left over cream add 2 tbsp of sugar , instant coffee , and melted milk chocolate and beat it for 2 -4 mins then apply this mixture on pudding layer.
-Drop some melted chocolate on cream and make random design

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups
-Hari mirch 2 -3 (Green chili) chopped
-Lemon juice 2 tbsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Aloo samosa 3 -4
-Cooking oil for frying
Green Chutney:
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 cup
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
Assembling:
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped & deseeded
-Hari mirch (Green chili)
-Chaat masala
-Dhara mirch (Red chili Flakes )
-Lemon juice
-Apricot Sauce 1 -2 tbsp
-Hari chutney
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked
-Nimco sev
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
Directions:
-In wok, add cooking oil, onion and fry until translucent.
-Add tomato and cook it for 2 mins.
-Add salt, cumin seeds ,chaat masala and mix well.
-Add boiled chickpeas and cook it for a min, dried mango powder, red chili flakes and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
-Add lemon juice and tamarind sauce mix well, then add green chilies cook it for a min.
-Add water and cook until water dries use low flame .
-Add , fresh coriander, mix well & set aside.
For Green Chutney:
-In blender jar, add ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, fresh coriander ,salt, lemon juice ,water if required and blend well.
Assembling:
-In serving dish, add fried samosa and crush slightly ,add cooked chickpeas, onion ,tomato ,green chili, chaat masala ,red chili flakes ,lemon juice ,green chutney , apricot sauce ,yogurt, nimco sev, fresh coriander & serve!

Introduction :

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 150 grams
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Large green chilies 12 -18
- Mozzarella cheese slices 4
- Flour 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
- Eggs 3
- Oil for deep frying
ingredients for Mustard Sauce :
-Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
-Mustard Sauce 2 tbsp
-Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
-Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
-BBQ Sauce 1 tsp
-Honey 1 tbsp ( Shehad )
Direction For Cooking :
- Take a pan filled with 3-4 glasses of water, add salt and boil chicken fillet for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut chicken fillet in slices as per chilies size.
- Make cuts in Mozzarella Cheese as per chilies size.
- Make a slit in chilies and deseed them gently.
- Take 2 glasses of water in a bowl, add vinegar and dip all chilies in it for 10-15 minutes.
- Take out chilies from water and pat dry them. Put a chicken slice and cheese inside the chilies and set aside.
- Take three separate bowls, add flour, breadcrumbs and (well beaten) eggs in each.
- With the help of spoon coat each chili with flour than dip it in egg and then breadcrumbs, repeat the step.
- Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame fry the chilies until they are golden brown.
Direction For Mustard Sauce :
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and your mustard sauce is ready
-Serve your chili Bites with Mustard Sauce.
