Introduction :

This recipe is a very easy to make, it can be made in a short amount of time meaning it is one of the iftar recipes. The chicken is very crispy and juicy. This recipe with a side of chili garlic sauce or even tomato sauce tastes amazing. If you are a meat lover it is one to try.

Ingredients :

-Chicken 800 grams
-Namak 1 tsp or to taste ( Salt)
-Haldee powder 1/2 tsp ( Turmeric powder )
-Lal Mirch Powder 1tsp or to taste ( Red Chili Powder)
-Garam Masala 1 tsp
-Dhania Powder 1 tsp ( Dry Coriander Powder )
-Ajwain 1/2 tsp Crushed ( Carom Seeds )
-Adrak paste 1 tbsp ( Gimger )
-Lehsun , Hari Mirch paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp( Garlic , Green Chilies )
-Lemon Juice 2 -3 tbsp
-Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
-Maida 4 -5 tbsp ( All -purpose flour )
-Sufaid Til 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( white sesame seeds )
-Olive Oil 2 tbsp
-Egg one
-Oil For frying

-Direction For Cooking :

-Wash the chicken then give deep cuts on large pieces .
-Add salt , turmeric powder , red chili powder , ginger paste , garlic and green chilies paste, garam masala ,dhania powder , crushed carom seeds, lemon juice , baking soda , white sesame seeds and all -purpose flour, mix well then add olive oil again mix well.
-Marinate for 2 hours
-Add egg mix well rest it for 20 mins.
-In a wok heat up the oil then add chicken pieces and cook until chicken 50% is done.
-Rest it for 10 -15 mins.
-You can coat with left over masala and again fry the chicken until fully done.
-Your crispy and juicy fried chicken is ready to serve with mint raita.
