So, this is the FIRST time I’ve been able to hold precisely the same output for an entire session. I’ve come close before with slight drop off at the end. That, or I have to save some on the front end to peak later. This was just straight, sustained effort. Now I need to capture that sensation and practice repeating it so I can do so at eventually higher intensities!
