Introduction :

Recipe for Aloo Ki Bhujiya Is different in different cities and country but Now make the perfect aloo bhujiya with Tomato Puree, and Enjoy your breakfast/sehri and with this Aloo Ki Bhujiya. Try this recipes in this Ramadan and let me know how it is , waiting for your feedback.

Ingredients:

-Oil 1/2 cup
-Zeer 1 tsp ( Cumin Seeds )
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 & 1/2 cup
-Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 3-4 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Hari Mirch ( Green Chilies ) 3 -4 Chopped
-Dahi ( Yogurt ) 1/2 cup whisked
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Dhania Powder 1/2 tsp ( Dry Coriander powder )
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
-Dhara mirch (Red chili Flakes ) 1/2 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1/2 tsp
-Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
-Pani 1 cup ( Water )
-Kasuri Methi 1/2 tbsp ( Dry fenugreek Leaves )
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp (optional)
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

Directions For Cooking :

-In wok, add oil, cumin seeds then add onion and cook until translucent.
-Add ginger , garlic paste and cook ir for a min.
-Add potatoes and cook for 2 03 mins.
-Add green chilies mix well.
-Add whisked yogurt mix well and cook for 2 min.
-Add red chili powder,salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chili flakes , Dry coriander powder ,nigella seeds and mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Add tomato puree mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins .
-Add water mix well cover & cook for 4 -6 mins on low flame until potatoes are fully done.
-Add lemon juice,green chilies,fresh coriander , dry fenugreek leaves mix well and steam cook for 2 mins.
-our Aloo Ki Bhujiya Is ready serve with paratha , mint raita crushed achar some onion slice and enjoy your break fast and sehri.
