So in the first video we discussed the generally accepted rep range of 5-30. I’m covering these topics in order of what I believe everyone should understand in order to construct a decent resistance training for hypertrophy program.

Next up then in then to discuss is how do we chose which exercises/movements we do, in what order and how many of them per session?

This discussion inevitably dovetails nicely into discussing stimulus to fatigue ratio (SFR) and is a key building block we need in order to construct, first a single session followed by a training split, and eventually an entire periodized block/blocks of training.
