Ok, so when it comes to hypertrophy specific training there’s entire volumes of things we can discuss. I was all over the place recording this one till I just decided to break things up and start at the beginning. Signals.

Biology is all signals and action over time. You want an outcome, provide the correct signal, in high enough fidelity, with long enough duration, and stuff happens.

So as it pertains to hypertrophy, before we get into nutrition, recovery, supplements and all that, we should start at determining what signal we need to input. Fortunately we have quite a bit of research AND decades of anecdotes that suggest the answer to that is, “5 to 30.”
