Post-Conditioning Midsection

After the bike and loosening up that hamstring, I went outside and did some midsection work beginning with the posterior chain.
-
I first did a minute each side of “Quadruplex” as we called it in the Army or Bird Dogs, then a minute of banded Good-Mornings and PPSC-style Glute Bridges with my Westside Monster-Mini Band.
-
Then, as expected, I followed that up with the daily minimum Toes to Bar.
