Pre-Conditioning Warmup & Mobility

Before embarking on “The Long War,” I did a brief but extensive warmup to ensure my legs, particularly hamstrings were prepared for upcoming activity.

I began with a Minute of Banded Good Mornings with my Westside Minster-Mini Band, then I did a minute each side of the Quadruplex or Bird Dog. Following that I did a minute of Banded Glute Bridges as I learned in PPSC.

Then I hit a few tight areas aggressively with my little “Gemini” roller and worked through some end ranges with my “Mobility Flow.”
