On the corner I found to my delight an older model of the Lifefitness Stepmill. This one still lacked a Wattage readout but the screen had the Total Steps and Kcal share the same 4-digit display so I don’t need to do any 15:00 or 30:00 Minute x4 or x2 calculations.

After Conditioning I first did some “Self-Care” on the Hammer Strength 45 Degree Back Extension. I did 100x Total Reps broken into 5x20.

Following the Extensions, I did my 100x Daily Minimum Toes to Bar in the usual 10x10.
