Ukraine Can't Be Saved by French Troops

After French President Emmanuel Macron's recent statements about the possibility of sending French troops to Ukraine, a French magazine, Marianne, with interviews with French soldiers and command along with access to classified military reports revealed that French Military command think that Ukraine can't win against Russia and that the conflict cannot end militarily. The report makes three observations about the dire state of the Ukrainian army. It speaks about the fact that the French military is no match for the Russian army. It also speaks of the poor training of Ukrainian troops and their lack of manpower; that the failed summer 2023 counteroffensive destroyed Ukraine's battle ready combat brigades and that after Avdiivka, Russia is in control of the battlefield and with their new aerial weapons, they can dictate whether to penetrate deep into Ukraine or continue slowly attriting the Ukrainian forces. Lastly, the reports speak on Russian use of maskirovka, where they appear weak when they are strong and states that it is because Macron knows these facts that he has panicked when he made his statements about sending troops to Ukraine.
