That felt good! Not a PR but definitely a solid Lifefitness run. It’s been about 2-3 weeks since the last time I used this bike. The difference in seat position, pedal stroke, etc made the effort at Level-14 feel like 1 or 2 RPEs (on the 10-Point Scale) less.
