After an extensive warmup, I intentionally took it easy on this one just to make sure I nursed the hamstring that’s been bugging me this week.

The goal was to make the 52:00 standard but also to practice controlling my output by gradually ramping it up instead of peaking at 10 or 20Km like I typically do by default. Check and check.

Post-Conditioning, I ran through my 100 Toes to Bar excited to FINALLY get to lifting for the first time so far this week!
