Part of why I switched it up today is to avoid overusing the same tissues. I’ve been grinding Precor 25 & 30K Bike sessions for almost 3 weeks consecutively.

My right hamstring is giving me a hard time so before embarking on an hour of stairs, I gave it some TLC.

First I hit it with the Roller to “allow” me to mobilize it once I got plenty of blood in there. Then, I hit the Posterior Chain with Banded Glute-Bridges, the Quadruplex and Banded Good Mornings. Following those exercises and feeling warmed up, I spent a minute of 2 on my Mobility Flow and hopped on the Stepmill to get my 3+ Miles in.
