Man, the temptation to push out your 30Km was strong, I probably could have made it but since I had to do extra warmup today on account of nursing a hamstring, it was a smarter move to err on the MEV (minimum effective volume) side of things.

One, SINGULAR slightly better training session in exchange for a muscle pull/tear is a VERY low ROI exchange. I don’t deal in those anymore. I’m a lot wiser now. The OGs that make it to be OGs did so through sustainable practices. Being a “hard f@&$” can only get you so far.

I didn’t make it 700 days unbroken by, “Whatever it takes bro!!” Whatever it takes, yes but long term, NOT acutely session to session.
