Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3 kg pork ribs.
10-12 cloves of garlic.
3 teaspoons mustard.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Another 6-7 cloves of garlic.
Grate garlic with spices.
3 teaspoons mustard.
Grate the mustard well.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight).
3 potatoes.
1 sweet and sour apple.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
The pork ribs were well marinated.
Tie with twine as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Place potatoes and apple in the middle.
1 carrot.
Red and yellow peppers.
350 g mushrooms.
8-10 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon ground basil.
1/2 teaspoon Provençal herbs.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Place vegetables next to the rib.
Pour out the juice.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 180°C for 2-2.5 hours.
3 tablespoons ketchup.
1 tablespoon honey.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix.
2.5 hours later.
Grease the surface well with the prepared sauce.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
