A simple and delicious chicken thighs recipe!

recipe and ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
Dry with paper towel
Salt, pepper, basil
Olive oil
Do the same on the other side
Melt 50 g of butter
Fry the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side
Chop 1 onion
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Cut 4 carrots
Fry for 5-7 minutes
Cut 8 potatoes
Salt pepper
Fry for 10 minutes
Chop 3 cloves of garlic
chop the spinach
Mix well
Transfer the fried vegetables to a baking dish.
Place the fried thighs on top
100 grams of honey
100g sweet chilli sauce
60 ml soy sauce
40 ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
Mix well
Cover with sauce
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
Finely grate 1 pickled cucumber
Salt, pepper, dried garlic
Mixing
