Not only was this a better session than yesterday but more importantly, I started with decent 357 Watts and manageably increased it at every checkpoint to 362 Watts finishing at 382 Watts. This is precisely the kind of session Im trying to standardize because I naturally tend to peak too early and gas out in the final stretch.

An old friend (an Iowa Wrestler) back in my Bartending days told me, “You’re a poor finisher!” He had no idea how true that statement was and it’s a thing I’ve trained against ever since. He did me a massive solid with that advice unbeknownst to him all those years ago.

The follow up was, as always my toes to bar for shoulder and spinal traction with concurrent abdominal development. I can quickly check multiple boxes with the one exercise so it’s become a staple.
