400 Watts at 152.8Lbs is a LOT of effort! I don’t get much drive from weight, it’s all leg output when I’m this light. To keep that up another 5Km wouldn’t be worth the fatigue cost when I DEFINITELY got the desired training effect in 25 🤷🏿‍♂️
