Today I’m preparing delicious eclairs, which you can also prepare at home.
I tried to describe the eclair recipe in great detail, so you can repeat it without difficulty. Treat yourself, your friends and loved ones to these wonderful cakes. The taste of this dessert will truly surprise you. Recipe:

Cream:
Milk 500 ml.
2 eggs
Starch 40 g.
Sugar 150 g.
Butter 150 g.
Mix eggs, sugar and starch, then pour in milk and place on medium heat. Stir all the time until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter. Mix well until smooth. Cover with cling film, the film should touch the cream! Remove to cool for 3-4 hours.

Dough:
Water 160 g.
Butter 80 g.
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Flour 120 g.
3-4 medium eggs
Heat water, oil, salt and sugar over medium heat; as soon as the oil boils, remove from the stove and add flour. After this, return the pan to the heat to dry the dough; as soon as a coating forms on the bottom of the pan, you can remove it from the heat!
Transfer to another container to allow the dough to cool and begin adding 3-4 beaten eggs little by little. Mix thoroughly each time. Important - look at the consistency of the dough; it should not be liquid or thick! The dough should slide off the paddle in a slow ribbon forming a tongue shape.
Bake at 190 C for 35-40 minutes. Open the oven only after 35-40 minutes!

Glaze:
5 tablespoons of sour cream;
5 tablespoons of sugar;
4 tablespoons cocoa.
