No PRs today, I backed off a bit but still came in with some really good times. Sub-20:00 on the first 10K, Sub-40:00 on the 20K, Sub-52:00 on 25K and almost a full Minute under an Hour on the full 30K. I’m happy with that. Definitely got a good training effect.
