It’s never a binary, “either/or” decision BUT if you’re only going to make ONE lifestyle change for the better, EXERCISE is the single most impactful thing you can do to take care of yourself.

It’s well documented and indisputable at this point that even without making an impact on your body composition, exercise is the one thing that can positively affect health markers, even by simply just walking more.

Exercise can have as robust or even stronger in some cases a positive effect as some pharmaceutical interventions and its free!

If you’re trying extreme diets, fancy green cocktails and all manner of supplements WITHOUT exercising, you’re stepping over hundred dollar bills to pick up pennies.

Manage stress, sleep, eat well and do what your doctor recommends but if you aren’t regularly exercising, you aren’t doing the single best thing you can to take care of yourself.

Exercise IS Medicine. Quite literally.
