"Who are the Ballistic Pintos?

Imagine a melting pot, if you will, of Blues, Bluegrass, Country, Southern Rock, throw in a touch of The Beatles, along with a heaping helping of Dylan, Lightfoot, Willie, Roy Acuff... well, I hope you’re beginning to get the picture.

The Ballistic Pintos were founded by singer/songwriters Bobby Keel, Wayne Brown and Kenny Baggett after a trip to Oklahoma where the trio opened for Honky-Tonk king Joe Stampley. With the addition of Brannon Lee on percussion, bassist Craig Skinner and Steve Mason on guitar, the Pintos are ready to explode. Known primarily for his songwriting ability, Bobby Keel has received 13 Gold and 11 Platinum awards for sales in excess of 15 million units.

Bobby feels the lifeblood of any band is its ability to produce a continuous flow of great songs. The playlist of the Pintos includes many of the songs we all grew up with, but the band feels its heart and soul lies in its original songs. You’ll hear everything from “Rocky Top” to “Locomotive Breath” in a Ballistic Pintos show.

The Ballistic Pintos offer quality entertainment for the entire family and look forward to entertaining you in the near future.
