Mobility movements to keep you supple and aid regeneration 
Challenging movements are done at your own pace and level, energizing you.
We flow through each movement for 1 minute and complete 5 sets of the 6 exercises.
 
Warm-up: Within the main mobility workout
Main workout: 8 mobility exercises completed as a circuit 
 

Light leg kicks 
Torso Twists 
Strider dynamic stretch 
Full-body extension reacher 
Inch Worms 

6. Upward or downward dog 
 
Cooldown/Recovery: Within the Main Mobility Workout
