Warm up: ankle circles, hip opener, leg kicks, step backs,

Main Workout:

Low-impact cross-country ski, spotty dog, or high knee pulldown

Butt kicks with arm curls, cross-body cross-overs, and elbows to knees

3 min
 
Shuffle with floor taps, side taps, or rotational chops.
10 reps
*1 minute recovery*
 
Complete all sets X 3. 
1 minute of full recovery between sets
