Feel Great 8- Mobility Moves

We take you through eight key mobility movements to keep you supple and aid regeneration from yesterday's training. 
We flow through each of the movements for 1 minute and complete 4 sets of the 8 exercises.
 
Warm-up: Within the main mobility workout
Main workout: 8 mobility exercises completed as a circuit 
 
1. Ankle Circles

Hip opener 
Stride back heel planter
Shoulder Circles
Strider dynamic stretch 

6. Torso twists 

Leg kicks 
Elbow to knee
