Charlamagne tha God: Dems Are at Fault for the Potential Rise of Third-Party Candidates

KARL: “Democrats are really worried about third-party candidates. They’re really worried about this whole No Labels movement. I mean, they’re really concerned that Cornel West could peel off some votes in in a few states and be in the fight. What’s your sense of that?”
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: “That’s their fault, because of — “
KARL: “Whose fault?”
CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD: “That’s the Democrats’ fault, because what Democrats are doing, what they are supposed to be doing, especially for their base, right, which is black women a lot of times — not a lot of time, majority of time, I think over 90 percent of black women vote for Democrats, like 80-something percent of black man. If you were taking care of your base, you wouldn’t have all these issues. If Democrats were doing what they were supposed to be doing for the American people, they wouldn’t have those issues, None whatsoever. Like, you talk to me, whenever you’re concerned about a third party, it’s because you’re not doing what you’re supposed to be doing for your base.”
