We recently received the following request: "I can’t sleep. No matter what I take…please if you could devote a show to the subject of how to get a good night’s sleep. I get by on only 2 to 4 hours a night."

We'll address it today, along with how to optimize a great night's rest even if it's not as long as you'd like it to be. Are there things you can do to be as well rested on 6 hours as others are on 8 hours? We'll also offer some hope and help for those struggling to get to sleep and stay asleep - all within the big picture of our Catholic Faith.
