• 400 grams of mushrooms (white or brown)
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
• 400 ml chicken broth or vegetable broth
• 100 ml cream
• 1 tablespoon wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon butter Spices including: salt, black pepper powder, thyme, and red pepper powder
• 5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley for garnish
• Some oil for frying
• Mashed potatoes for garnish Instructions:
