Croissant Donuts
When it looks like a croissant but tastes like a donut, it becomes incredibly delicious. There are various recipes for donuts, but try making it once with this recipe.
Ingredients:
• 375 grams of pastry flour
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
• 200 grams of milk (1 cup)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions: First, mix melted butter, salt, sugar, milk, egg, and yeast together, then add flour to it and knead until you have a smooth and uniform dough.
Place the dough in a container and let it rest for an hour. After an hour, punch down the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Roll out the dough as shown in the video, cut it into small, thin pieces, roll them up, and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
After resting, fry them in hot oil over low heat. For serving, you can sprinkle hot chocolate over the donuts or dust them with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Make sure the oil is hot and fry them over very low heat to ensure the donuts are fully cooked inside. Make them and you'll fall in love with them.
