Look at everything from your souls perspective not your programmable mind. Shut the computer brain down, put it on sleep and just activate being. Feel the moment. Breathe in the moment. LIVE the moment. You will be glad you did. Joy, happiness, guidance is all found when you are actually present. When your on that walk, be on that walk. Get out of your head. Instead, feel the sun on your face, hear the birds. Be present. This is living deliberately instead on on our sleeping default.
