Jelly Cheesecake Recipe:
This jelly cheesecake is one of the most delicious and appealing desserts with a truly unique taste.
Ingredients:
• 2 packs of Petit Beurre biscuits
• 150 grams of butter
• 20 grams of cream cheese
• 200 grams of cream
• 5 tablespoons of sugar or powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of gelatin
• 2 packs of strawberry jelly powder
Instructions:
1. Crush 2 packs of Petit Beurre biscuits. Add 150 grams of melted butter and mix well. Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper or freezer bag, then press the biscuit mixture onto it evenly. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. For the next layer, mix 20 grams of cream cheese, 200 grams of cream, 5 tablespoons of sugar or powdered sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract with an electric mixer until well combined. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of softened gelatin to the mixture while continuously mixing.
3. Mix one pack of strawberry jelly powder with 1 cup of boiling water, then add it to the cream mixture. Crush one pack of biscuits according to your preference and add them to the mixture. Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit layer and refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
4. For the final layer, mix one pack of strawberry jelly powder with water as instructed on the package. Let it cool slightly, then pour it over the cream layer in the pan. Refrigerate until set.
