This Hawaiian dish packs so much flavor and absolutely needs to be added to your regular chicken rotation. The soy sauce and pineapple come together for a sweet and savory flavor blast! Ingredients:
~2Lbs Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice (canned)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
4 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Minced Ginger (fresh)
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Grilled Pineapple Rings (optional)
Sliced Green Onions (to garnish)
