1 cup lupin flour

1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Optional: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or other toppings
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lupin flour, almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
