Pomegranate Bliss: A Fusion of Turnip and Pomegranate Salad Delight

Ingredients for 4 people:
• Turnip: 2 pieces
• Pomegranate: 2 pieces
• Chicken breast: 300 grams
• Red kidney beans: 1 cup
• Small red onion: 1 piece
• Chopped walnuts: 150 grams
• Parsley and dill: as needed
• Mint: to taste
• Salt and black pepper: as needed
• Oregano: to taste
• Mayonnaise sauce: as needed
Instructions for Turnip and Pomegranate Salad: Step 1: To prepare the turnip and pomegranate salad, first, boil the pre-soaked red kidney beans from the night before in a pot with added water. Place it on medium heat until well-cooked.
Step 2: Then, peel and grate the turnips into small pieces. Place them in a pot, add water, and let them cook over medium heat until fully cooked.
Step 3: Next, place the chicken breast in a pot with some water, a small onion, a clove of garlic, salt, black pepper, and chicken spices. Put it on medium heat to cook thoroughly.
Step 4: Clean and wash the parsley and dill, drain any excess water, and then chop them finely with a sharp knife. Optionally, you can also use mint.
Step 5: Finely chop a red onion for a more vibrant color in the salad. Also, chop the walnuts into small pieces, similar to the size of dental grains, and set aside.
Step 6: Now, dice the cooked chicken and finely chop the cooked turnips. Place both in a suitable bowl, add pomegranate seeds, and mix.
Step 7: Add the cooked red kidney beans, chopped red onion, and chopped walnuts to the mixture. Then, sprinkle the chopped parsley and dill on top and mix everything together.
Step 8: Sprinkle salt and black pepper according to taste, and if desired, you can use oregano. Mix well, and for those who enjoy spicy food, a little red pepper can be added.
Note: If you prefer spicy dishes, you can also use a small amount of red pepper.
