Ingredients:
2 large whole-grain wraps or tortillas
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce or spinach leaves
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: hot sauce or salsa for extra kick
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cook and shred the chicken breast.
Slice the ripe avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the whole-grain wraps on a clean surface.
In the center of each wrap, layer shredded chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and lettuce or spinach leaves.
Add Greek Yogurt:
Drizzle a spoonful of Greek yogurt or sour cream over the ingredients on each wrap.
Season to Taste:
Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, add hot sauce or salsa.
Fold and Roll:
Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center, then tightly roll from the bottom to create a secure wrap.
Slice in Half:
Using a sharp knife, slice the wraps in half diagonally.
