-
Post Conditioning Abs & Mobility
-
After the bike I ran through a batch of 100 toes to bar as a 10x10 in paired cluster sets. I’ll do 10, shake out my grip, another 10, then “dismount” and record the 2 sets. This way I get a good mix of acute training “density,” as in work condensed in a shortened time period, with the daily and weekly accumulation of hundreds of repetitions
-
I think the visual benefits of abdominal training in this manner are self-evident as lean as I am. That said, this also helps maintain the strength, endurance and mobility I’ve cultivated for the health of my damaged spine
-
Speaking of mobility, following the ab work, I ran through my mobility flow. I developed this sequence after going through the @PPSC Course while I was working in San Diego a few years back. With this, I move through a variety of positions that tease the end ranges of hips, shoulders and spine with flexion, extension and rotation
-
And with that, I shut things down for the morning and go enjoy another 6X Triple THICCC @1stPhorm Phormula Shake for breakfast 😁
-
Stay in the fight 🇺🇸🇰🇪
