That was a good one. Wattage was high and tight (within 10 Watts between high and low values) the whole session reflected in the low time.

It’s not easy getting Sub-59:00 Minutes on the Lifefitness model. It’s a lot less forgiving each stroke under resistance than the Precor model that gives you a bit of momentum like you’re on the road.
