Streamer Nickmercs is alleging he won’t get an invite to the Apex Legends Pro League due to past comments he made about protecting children from predators.

These comments were made last year on a Twitter/X post. In it Nickmercs said to leave children alone which many claimed was an anti-LGBTQ+ comment. Since then, there have been calls to cancel the streamer with Activision pulling a promotional skin of his from Call of Duty. Now it’s looking like Apex Legends won’t invite him to their pro league because he made a comment that’s said to have disparaged the most protected class in the US.
