DeSantis Dishes On Moment Team Newsom Pulled Plug On Debate

During an interview on "The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show," Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) delightfully dished out the details of how Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wife pulled the plug on their debate after both sides had agreed to continue the debate beyond its allotted time. “I guess we had already gone over the allotted ninety minutes, but it was fun and that was pretty shortly after I get the San Francisco poop map and showed that at everybody, and so that obviously was not a good moment for him, and so then we go to commercial break and then there was a woman that came out and she said, ‘hard stop, hard stop, it’s over, it’s over,’” DeSantis explained. “I didn’t necessarily know who it was at the time, but then come to find out that it was his wife, that they didn’t want to continue with the debate. So, I was one hundred percent willing to continue with the debate, they didn’t want to do it."
