Posted • January 10, 2025: Acting legend Mel Gibson met up with podcasting legend Joe Rogan, and the two had what might be the most interesting conversation you could watch to kick off 2025. They discussed many things, including the Shroud of Turin and "Passion of the Christ 2," but naturally with the wildfires raging through California in and around the Los Angeles area, the conversation turned to politics. Rogan brought up that it was "Crazy that they spent $24 billion last year on the homeless, and what did they spend on preventing these wildfires?" Both men knew exactly how much they spent on it. Zero. Rogan is a former California resident who moved to Texas after being sick and tired of California's mismanagement and out-of-control cost of living.
